Welcome Autumn Lambert!

Extension Florence County would like to welcome back Autumn Lambert as their Summer Horticulture Assistant for the 2021 season. Do you need help identifying a plant or garden pest? Curious about how to improve your garden’s productivity this summer? Do you need information about a yard or garden related issue and you just don’t know where to look? These are just a few things that Autumn may be able to help you with.

Autumn is a native of Florence, WI and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from UW-Stevens Point. She majored in Biology and Natural Science and earned a minor in Captive Wildlife Management. In addition, she completed a plethora of undergraduate courses in soil science and land use, hydrology, forest management, botany, and parasitology, to name a few. She later earned her teaching certification and is currently a science teacher at Florence Middle and High School.
