Florence County Health Department is working on the next Florence County Community Health Assessment and Improvement Plan (CHA/CHIP). Over the next couple months, they will collect data from community members (those who work and/or live in Florence County). The data collected from surveys will help drive the work we do as a community in the next 5 years (2025-2030), so participation is valuable!
